Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the HKeTaxi Mobile Application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.
The HKeTaxi Mobile Application Service is operated and provided by Tiffdesign Limited ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. Our registered office is located in Hong Kong.
We provide a one-stop mobile application platform that enables licensed electric taxi drivers and operators in Hong Kong to access designated electric vehicle (EV) high-speed charging services operated by various Charge Point Operators and settle charging fees via electronic payment methods. The Service is made available solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

The App is supported only on the four most recent major versions of iOS and the four most recent major versions of Android. We do not guarantee that the Service will function on older operating systems, and we may decline support or discontinue access for unsupported versions.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect that any information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms of Use.
By downloading, registering for, or using the HKeTaxi Mobile Application, you also acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, rules, and regulations of third-party service providers, including designated Charge Point Operators and payment processing networks accessed through or connected to the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any such third-party terms as may be updated from time to time.
The following terms govern your access to and use of third-party Charge Point Operator (CPO) portals and services through the HKeTaxi Mobile Application.
Each participating Charge Point Operator is independent of us. Tiffdesign Limited operates the HKeTaxi Mobile Application and is not a CPO. Charging facilities, portals, session verification, energy measurement, billing, refunds, and customer support relating to a CPO's sites are provided by that CPO under its own terms. Those documents are the CPO's, not ours, and may be updated by the CPO from time to time. Please read the applicable documents before using a CPO's services:
If you do not agree to a CPO's terms or privacy practices, do not access or use that CPO's charging services through the App. Enquiries about a CPO's charging facilities should be directed to that CPO using the contact details in its terms.
By accessing and using the HKeTaxi Mobile Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. In addition, by accepting these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree that your use of charging facilities operated by participating Charge Point Operators is subject to and governed by the respective terms, conditions, rules, and regulations established by each applicable CPO. If you do not agree to these terms or any applicable CPO rules and regulations, please do not use this application or any associated charging services.
The application provides access to charging portals and features operated by independent CPOs. You may only initiate one (1) active charging session across all available CPOs at any given time. Initiating multiple concurrent charging sessions is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
To initiate a session, you must follow the designated QR code verification and check-in procedure in the application after connecting your vehicle to the charger. The system or CPO portal reserves the right to automatically stop or terminate any charging session that fails to complete a successful check-in or authorization process within the designated timeframe.
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using this Service, you consent to our data handling practices as described therein.
All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways.
Fee Calculation: Charging fees are calculated on a post-paid basis based on the actual energy delivered to the vehicle during a session, regardless of whether a check-in failure or session interruption occurs during or after initiation.
Settlement Requirement: You must fully settle all outstanding fees resulting from any completed or interrupted charging session through the application before initiating any subsequent charging session.
Platform Balance Hold: If you have an outstanding unpaid balance with any CPO accessible through the application, you will be restricted from initiating any new charging sessions across all CPOs on the platform until all outstanding balances are settled in full.
Transaction Authorization & Refunds: Refunds are subject to applicable refund policies and regulations. We reserve the right to decline, halt, or reverse any transaction or session that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in breach of these Terms of Use.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Service, including all content, software, and functionality, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or interruptions in charging services caused by third-party charging station operators, network outages, power supply issues, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
We endeavour to keep all information and data displayed within the Service as current and accurate as reasonably practicable. However, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any such information. You acknowledge that data including but not limited to charging station availability, pricing, and location details may not reflect real-time conditions, and you should not rely solely on the Service for critical decisions. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information that is outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.
The Service may include or integrate navigation and mapping features to assist users in locating charging stations. These features are provided for convenience purposes only. You are solely responsible for exercising safe and lawful driving practices at all times. We expressly disclaim all liability for any accident, injury, loss, damage, fine, or penalty of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of any navigation feature within the Service, including any route guidance that may be inaccurate, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable road traffic laws and regulations of Hong Kong at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other tangible or intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms of Use shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
All content, materials, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations available through the Service are the property of Tiffdesign Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Hong Kong and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms of Use. You must not:
